Human Capital Management

The Human Resources (HR) module is the only module within the Human Resources Application and is designed to support the complete range of human capital areas. HR contains components for personnel management, time management, payroll, training and event management, organizational management, and travel management. Capabilities within personnel management specifically focus on support for administration, recruitment, benefits and compensation management, personnel cost planning, HR funds and position management, and retirement pension plans. The time management component contains work schedules, shift planning, time recording, time evaluations, and incentive wages. The payroll component is divided into a country view to deal with country-specific requirements for payroll processing. The training and event management abilities focus on event preparation, catalog, dates, costs, billing, prebooking, rebookings, cancellations, followups, and appraisals. Information generated from HR usually focuses on benefits, payroll, training, personnel development, planned costs, compensation, time and travel, and organization aspects such as vacant positions, job descriptions, and current organizational structures
